Excellent customer service I would like to praise this company in their dealing with any issues around bookings. My party and I had some challenges on the day of our boat trip due to weather conditions in Dubrovnik and the operator was exceptional in managing it due to them not being able to offer the trip we had booked. Quiet boat getaway Dario was friendly and kind. He did a fantastic job of navigating our boat to all of the different stops. We had the wind & surf pick up toward the end and he was fantastic about getting us back safely to port. He checked in frequently to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. Do it!!!! We absolutely recommend this trip, we couldn't have asked for anymore!When booking I asked if it was possible to be picked up from Lopud as that's where our hotel is based, and that was a yes! We were picked up bang on 10am as it states in the pick up time, we were taken around the different islands and were given the time to snorkle and explore the caves which was great fun. We were taken around the outside of the Dubrovnik old town walls which are beautiful to look at. We were able to sail into some of the larger caves which again was fantastic. Amazing experience I recommend 100% this experience. It was amazing. Dario sent me a message the night before to go over the meeting point and schedule. They were on time and Mario took us to the caves, showed us the city walls and asked us what sandy beach we would prefer. Offered drinks during the whole tour as well. Relaxing Day in Busy Dubrovnik Skipper Josip was great, and the excursion fantastic. Josip was informative and fun along the way and amazing at getting the boat into good spots, despite congestion around the cave swimming/exploring places. Amazing personal boat tour in Dubrovnik Brilliant! If you are looking for a boat trip, don't hesitate and book with this company. For a family or small group this is such better value than one of the big tour boats with tons of people on. Having your own boat and guide just makes the difference. It was such a great relaxing day and an amazing experience that it was the highlight of our holiday.
