Cancellation/Refund policy
1. Cancellations by Guests
Cancellations must be made via email or phone.
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the tour: no fee.
Cancellations made within 48 hours may require a fee (if applicable).
No-shows are considered cancellations.
2. Cancellations by the Provider
We may cancel or reschedule a tour due to:
unsafe weather
maritime safety regulations
technical issues with the vessel
In such cases, guests can choose a new date or cancel without any cost.
3. Late Arrivals
Tours may be shortened if guests arrive late.
